Here at Little 1 Nursery we are committed to getting the best out of our staff members, we believe in having regular in house training for our staff and also seek external training when this is needed.
We also use our in house mentor system for staff that start with us, qualified or as an apprentice.
At Little 1 Nursery we have a successful apprenticeship programme.
