I came to Little 1’s for 2 weeks covers in the school holidays 2007…and I’m still here! I have progressed in my career gaining my BA in Early Education and Early Years Teacher Status. I have worked my way up from practitioner to a member of the senior management team. I am also a Leading Foundation Stage Practitioner which is a voluntary role funded by Hampshire County Council; this involves leading and supporting other settings in Hampshire through visits, workshops, displays and conferences. In January 2019 I completed my BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Forest School Leaders.
