I joined Little 1’s in October 2016 having gained my level 3 Early Years Educator qualification at a Forest Pre school where I worked for 3 years. I am married mother of two children. I began at Little 1's as a practitioner and worked my way up to being manager. I managed our then Hedge End setting for 3 years before coming back to Chandlers Ford. My role is exciting and challenge as it's very different from being the manager at our hedge end setting. I am hoping to bring more forest school experiences to Little 1’s. In August 2018 I gained my BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Forest School Leaders and I'm currently working towards my Level 5.
